Returns and Exchanges.

 If you are not happy with your purchase, return or exchange the jewelry within 15 days. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the jewelry back from you. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in anyway. We do not cover the return shipping. This return and exchange policy only applies to online sales. this website only. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or by phone.

1. Please email us at gemsandjewelssilver@gmail.com to let us know that you are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice. Please email us for return address.
2. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope.
3. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
